The targets shown on this page are professional products.  They have been rigorously tested to ensure reliability over many years to come.  The targets are equally at home in a dedicated firearms training establishment being used for 8 hours a day, or for occasional use in your home.  They may be used individually, but the real training benefit accrues when combining multiple targets to create a realistic training environment or stage. 

Keiron Target

Keiron Speed

Upgrade your laser based training experience with the Keiron SPEED laser target.  Run drills with your own firearm and a red or infrared laser training cartridge. 
Five different training modes to focus on agility, reaction and accuracy.  The Keiron SPEED records the shot count, shot times and split times, all displayed on the backlit LCD screen.  Combine with the lower cost Keiron Target to create various scenarios and competitive courses.  Insert a target overlay to change the shape and size of the strike zone, emulating different targets and distances.

Combining Targets

Read this first to inform your training and purchasing options:

When purchasing your first Keiron reactive target, it is best to start with Keiron SPEED that incorporates a shot timer and different training modes.  A basic mode may be selected that simply illustrates the target has been hit, this is great for basic training, sight alignment, trigger squeeze and follow through.  To increase difficulty or to simulate shooting at greater distances, use a target insert that reduces the area of the strike zone.

It is vital to practice drawing your firearm and getting the first shot off in an accurate, controlled, fast and SAFE manner.  We stress the word SAFE because people get injured when shooting themselves accidentally when drawing their firearm - simply google this to see numerous examples.  Keiron SPEED incorporates 2 training modes that allow you to practice your draw, firearm handling and getting that first shot on target.  Times are recorded, so you can examine these afterward and monitor progress.  You can also use these modes to evaluate different holsters, holster positions (inside waist band, small of back etc) to see what works best for you.  For competition shooters the draw mode allows the draw to be practiced over and over, from different start positions, training the reflexes and improving times.

The next purchase should be one or more Keiron TARGETs.  These work great together with Keiron SPEED by allowing multiple targets to be engaged, with Keiron SPEED acting as the timer.

There are many combinations that allow practicing a variety of disciplines.  For example, with a single Keiron SPEED and a single Keiron TARGET, one may practice shooting the Mozambique drill (failure to stop drill).  With a single Keiron SPEED, and 4 Keiron TARGETS, one may practice shooting steel, with the Keiron SPEED acting as the stop plate, and recording your times.  Use scale target inserts to simulate live actual ranges used in competition, in your own home.
